BILLING RATES
Hourly Rate: $60.00 per hour
Mileage: .55 cents per mile (Current IRS Rate)
Civil Process: Generally a flat service fee of $50.00
Photos: $2.50 per photo
Video: $10.00 per tape/disk/cd
Audio Tape: $2.50 per tape
Lodging: Actual cost
Postage: Actual cost
Telephone: Actual cost
Report Prep: 1st 2 pages = .5 hr. per page
Each additional page = .25 hr. per
full page.
Databases: Actual charge + time/labor.
Billing is generally done on a weekly basis. Billing on simple accounts are done upon completion of the service performed. Billing on more complex accounts require a 50% retainer to cover partial expenses. All accounts are payable within thirty (30) days. Accounts not paid within 30 days are subject to an administrative finance charge of 1.50%.
Time sheets, receipts and all proper documentation of services will be provided.
